Pricing, Terms and Conditions

Pricing:

Businesses: $80/hr.
Residential Customers: $60/hr for PCs (desktops & laptops), $80/hr for Servers.

Terms and Conditions:

For On-site Visits:

There is a 1 hour minimum charge for on-site support visits, after which billing is on a quarter-hourly (or part thereof) basis.

For Remote Access Support:

There is a 1/2 hour minimum (including setup time) for remote access support, after which billing is on a quarter hourly (or part thereof) basis.

For Telephone Support:

There is a 15 minute / $20 minimum for telephone support, after which billing is on a quarter hourly (or part thereof) basis.

Notes:

1. Standard pricing is for pre-scheduled appointments during regular business hours (9am to 6pm) with a typical response time of 4 to 24 hours.
2. There may be a 25% hourly rate surcharge, at our discretion, for after-hours (evenings, weekends, holidays) or emergency service (less than 4 hours response time) depending on our availability, your location, and your needs.
3. Trip charges apply for on-site visits to locations > 10 miles from the Boulder, Louisville, Superior, Lafayette area. This trip charge may be waived at our discretion for pre-scheduled appointments of 2 hours or more in Boulder County, or 3 hours or more in Denver.
4. We can accept payment via cash, check, credit card (American Express, MasterCard, Visa), PayPal or Invoice (established businesses only, net 15, with credit check/preapproval). We reserve the right to request full or partial pre-payment for services and/or parts.
5. Discounts are available for purchasing blocks of hours or buying a support plan.
6. We can provide discounts or other benefits for referrals.
7. Typical reasonable initial consultations are free. However, if you ask us to work on your computers, network, peripherals & devices, software, etc. during a consultation visit then we would need to charge for that work.
